Miami, Florida, October 25, 2024 – Chainwire – Floki’s Valhalla, an innovative Play-to-Earn blockchain MMORPG, has partnered with the iconic Hong Kong International Cricket Sixes tournament, marking the celebrated event’s return after seven years.
From November 1 to November 3, international cricket teams will compete at the Tin Kwong Road Recreation Ground in a fast-paced format. Launched in 1992, the Hong Kong Cricket Sixes has seen some of cricket’s greatest players, including Sachin Tendulkar, MS Dhoni, Shane Warne, and Sanath Jayasuriya, capturing a global audience.
Valhalla’s partnership highlights a unique synergy between sports and blockchain gaming.

Valhalla’s branding will be visible throughout, with perimeter boards, mid-wicket logos, and branded backdrops enhancing the event’s visual appeal.
This year, 12 teams will battle in four groups, with the top two from each group moving to the quarterfinals. Group C will feature India, led by stars Robin Uthappa and Kedar Jadhav, facing off against Pakistan and the UAE. Group A includes South Africa, New Zealand, and host Hong Kong, while Group B showcases Australia, England, and Nepal. Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Oman round out Group D. A total of 29 matches will unfold over three thrilling days.
